Entering Blockchain and Tokenization on an Enterprise Level
M. Hasler j.d.o.o. (Freelancing) was registered with a focus on web application development and IT consultancy, primarily serving the DACH region. Our early projects involved PHP/MySQL technologies and single-page web applications, hosted on self-managed virtual servers.

In 2015, we secured our first major cooperation for larger-scale projects, marking a significant step in our growth. By 2016, we established our first office space in the heart of Rijeka.
Our team expanded rapidly, necessitating a move to a larger office space in 2017. That same year, we embarked on the development of Carl Stahl's web platform, a sophisticated microservice-based e-commerce solution integrated with SAP. This project solidified our expertise in enterprise-level solutions.
In 2018, we formed a joint venture with IT-Kompass (GmbH), further strengthening our development capabilities and establishing us as a key player in the industry.
In 2019, we ventured into the world of blockchain technology, publishing our first decentralized network based on a multi-chain framework. Chain-based asset management became a core element of our DNA, shaping the development of our applications.

A key milestone during this period was our collaboration with Sportfive, a global sports marketing agency. Together, we developed the first decentralized ticketing application, a groundbreaking solution that was implemented with their clients, specifically football clubs. This project demonstrated the practical applications of blockchain technology in enhancing security, transparency, and efficiency in the ticketing industry.

Simultaneously, we focused on expanding our capabilities in building robust, high-performance enterprise applications. A prime example is the development of a system for lead generation that processed First-Come-First-Served sweepstakes. This system successfully managed over 3 million users participating concurrently, including the necessary email integration.

We further expanded our reach by partnering with HNK Orijent 1919, Rijeka Football Club, in 2021. This collaboration led to the launch of the official HNK Orijent 1919 app and $ORI, the club's fan token, marking their first step into the digital realm. This project showcased our ability to leverage blockchain technology to create innovative solutions for diverse industries. During this period, we also rebranded from JuicEcommerce to Juice, reflecting our evolution and expanded focus.
Today, Juice is at the forefront of blockchain technology and tokenization. We're engaged in several high-level tokenization projects and enterprise-level blockchain integrations. We've focused on building decentralized applications (dApps) that streamline processes and enhance efficiency for businesses. This includes developing booking, payment, and contingent management dApps directly on the blockchain.
